Michela Clerici

Position

Associate professor in Genetics at the Department of Biotechnology and Biosciences, University of Milano Bicocca.

Research activities and skills

Cellular response to DNA damage, in particular DNA repair mechanisms and coordination between repair and cell cycle progression in response to environmental stress. Yeast is used as a model system to investigate molecular mechanism that preserve genome integrity.
